3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and third-party payment gateways.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery timelines are 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • VRB Dec is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns/replacements within 7 days of delivery only if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Proof of damage (photo/video) is provided within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: We do not accept returns for products due to minor variations in color/size or change of mind.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including images, product descriptions, designs, and logos—are the property of VRB Dec and protected under copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
